Is there an AI image generator built for video?
Yes. Generate images from a prompt or references inside ChatCut for B-roll, storyboards, backgrounds, thumbnails or overlays. Results appear in My Assets; drag a finished image to a video track to edit it with your footage.
What resolution can it generate?
Available output sizes depend on the selected model and generation settings. Choose the size and aspect ratio for your project, then check the generated image before using it in your edit.
Can I use my own images as references?
Yes. Attach reference images or use @ to add project context. Describe what to preserve and what to change. Reference limits depend on the active model and workflow; see the image-generation guide for current settings.
Can I include text in generated images?
You can request text in your prompt. Check the generated wording and lettering before publishing, and revise the result if needed.
Which image model should I use?
Choose from the models available in your current ChatCut or Agent workflow. Available models and settings can change; the image-generation guide explains the current options and how ChatCut credits differ from Codex usage.
